Services
Through donations collected and awarded grants, we strive to provide various support services for pet owners of Franklin County and actively encourage pet population control through low cost spay and neuter. We also assist county residents with medical emergencies. We provide support for medical care, additional food, and other basic necessities for animals in need. Our volunteers can scan for microchips in an effort to reunite lost pets with their owners. Animals we take in at the FC Humane Society are vaccinated, documented, and any medical issues are treated. We then photograph, post, promote animals for adoption. We work hand in hand with other area rescues to ensure the best possible outcome for every animal we serve. It is our belief that there is a furever home for each animal we have in our facility. It is our mission to find it!
Spay/Neuter Services
We are proud to offer TWO choices for low-cost spay/neuter services to our community. To find out the BEST option for your pet in and help with scheduling, please call 765-647-1444 and a volunteer will happily assist you! You MUST pre-register your pet for services.
UCAN- Transports from our building on the first Tuesday of each month. Serving community cats and dogs.
OAR- We transport cats to Ohio Alley Cat Rescue in Cincinnati on the second Monday of each month.
We Need YOUR Support!
If you can support us in any way we would be ever so grateful. Ways you can help could include (but are not limited to): volunteering, adopting, donating supplies, donating money to defray adoption costs and of course spreading the word about our mission. Please check out our WAYS TO HELP tab on our site. We are small, but together we are mighty!
